I am in Tirana Albania and is Covid19 season still, today is end August 2021, I ask all locals about trains in Albania and connections but everyone say or answer same, that trains are not WORKING BECAUSE NOBODY USE THEM and they are too slowly it says maximum speed is 35 km hour. I find information online that it shall be az train from Tirana to Durres and another from Durres to Vlore.

Does any one can confirm if they are working still and may be some actual timetable of trains? Prices?

ids there 1st class or only 2nd class

Trains do currently run, even thougj locals might not believe it...
HSH trains should currently operate as follows:
Kashar 0800 - 0845 Durrës 1600 - 1645 Kashar
Elbasan 0610 - 0857 Durrës 1445 - 1730 Elbasan
Kashar is a suburb ob Pristina ans you have to get there by taxi, bus or on foot.
Would bei curious to hear from your experiences.

Sorry, I meant Tirana instead of Pristina, obvisouly.
There are no trains to Shkodër or Vlorë at the moment and there are no (passenger) trains across the border to Montenegro.

And there never has been any border crossing passenger trains at Shkodër.
