There are a choice of options, all are shown through the website www.sj.se Bear in mind that many of the fares will come with airline style conditions, including going dearer whilst you think about it for a couple of days. The main station at Östersund is Central (often shown as Östersund C), southern edge of business/hotel district, Västra station is slightly more in the centre but can involve waiting for a connection that only saves a few minutes walking.
